St. Colman's College Computer Department is a growing department, ever changing and evolving much like the subject itself. St. Colman's students and staff have two fully equipped computer rooms at their disposal as well as benefiting from full broadband & wi-fi access through the building. Students can begin with the basic operation of the computer and progress to learn the usual office and business applications as well preparing for work or study in several computer-related fields. Students also participate in research and experience on a variety of exciting areas.

Many classrooms have the additional benefit of computer driven overhead projectors for visual aid.

The Learning Support department utilises IT to the full with a dedicated computer equipped room provided for more one to one tuition.

All the science departments in St. Colman's - Chemistry, Physics & Biology, utilise the power of computing in the teaching of their subjects.
