ENTRANCE ASSESSMENT

Entrance assessments and examinations have taken place for this year.  Entrance assessments for the next school year will be announced early in 2011.

The tests will be based, for the most part, on Fifth Class Primary school standard. There will also be a literacy test, which will last for approx. 40 minutes.

The purpose of the Entrance Assessment is to enable the College to divide incoming First Year pupils into classes of mixed ability.

It is the intention of the College to offer places to all suitable candidates who are assessed. However, all pupil admissions are subject to the approval of the Principal.
